Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Return Policy

We want you to love your PrettyNpoison pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Free of perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at returns@prettynpoison.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@prettynpoison.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• A description of the issue

We will arrange a complimentary return and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
